I decided to add a "What's New!" section, because a lot of people don't have the time to hit every page on the site to see what I've changed.

Finally got all the graphics to upload - turns out it was ome sort of patch I downloaded from Microsoft that screwed up the Winsock layer on my machine. Also uploaded a new version of Weather Alert - the scheduling now works :) The SMTP Mail Server now sends out multiple pages with one phone call.

It looks like fortunecity.com is having connectivity problems - I can't get the graphics to upload - the FTP server keeps terminating the connection in the middle of the transfer. I will try again later :(

Added "What's New!" page, fixed the link to Art Bell's web site, added a link to the latest serial "guy next door" idiot on the Serial Crime page. Also added more links to the Serial Crimes page, and added a References section.
